This is about the doctors and patients running health care. The government has a moral obligation to protect doctors and patients from what has been going on in that sector. The insurance industry and the Republicans say "let's start over." If we want to go back ten years and repeal all of the insurance increases, we would consider starting over. But it's clear we're not going to do that.
